Vicky Russell

CHAIR

I am a Past Master Arbitrator (2001–2) and Past Master Constructor (2014–15) and was Chair of the Livery Committee from 2018 to 2021. Newly retired from a 42-year career as a specialist construction disputes lawyer, I now focus on voluntary roles, in particular working with the homeless, and in education.

I am a member of Candlewick Ward Club, and the Golden Jubilee Masters and Magna Masters Associations.

Mark Huxley

VICE CHAIR

I have approaching 50 years of business experience in the Lloyd’s and London Insurance Market, I now leverage my acquired expertise through a range of fractional Executive and Non-Executive roles. I am very active in civic and voluntary activities. I am Past Master Entrepreneur (2023/24) and current Chairman of the Financial Services Group of Livery Companies (FSG), supporting our City leaders and institutions. My commitment to social and neuro-inclusion is reflected in my roles as chair and trustee for several charities. I am a committee member of the Broad Street Ward Club.

An active member of The Guild of Freemen, and Candlewick and United Wards Clubs alongside being a business owner.

I am an Associate Professor in Digital and AI Marketing at UCL’s Global Business School for Health and the author of best-selling SAGE textbooks; Digital Marketing and Digital Business, adopted in more than 200 universities in over 30 countries.
