On Saturday 5th September I visited the Port of Riga and had interesting discussions with Jūlija Bērziņa (pictured), Chair of the Ro-Pax Terminal, and Edgars Sūna, Deputy CEO at the Port.
The Port is shipping substantial timber and commodities to the UK and the world, and has exciting plans for the future. Latvia also offer large tax incentives for foreign investors.
